Cancellation & Booking Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your slot to another client.

Some treatments require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your first appointment — in particular laser hair removal, tinting, brow lamination and lash lifts. Appointments cannot go ahead without a valid patch test where one is required.

Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid affecting the next client. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
