How it works
Brow lamination uses a gentle lifting solution to soften the structure of each brow hair, allowing your therapist to brush and set them into a fuller, uniform shape before a nourishing setting step locks the look in place. The lash lift works on a similar principle: your natural lashes are lifted onto a silicone shield to create a flattering curl from the base, and a complementary tint deepens their colour for a defined, mascara-like effect.
Both treatments are entirely non-invasive and work only with your own hairs and lashes — nothing is added or attached. The results are temporary and grow out naturally as your brow and lash hairs renew over the weeks that follow.
Your appointment, step by step
Here's what to expect from start to finish during your hour with us.
- We begin with a short consultation to discuss your goals, check your patch test result and confirm the brow shape and lash curl that will suit you best.
- Your brows are cleansed and the lifting solution is applied, then brushed up and set into shape while we move on to your lashes.
- Your lashes are gently lifted onto a shield to create the curl, and a tint is applied to add definition and depth.
- Each solution is left to develop for the right amount of time, then carefully removed, with a nourishing step to condition the hairs and lashes.
- We tidy and groom your brows to complete the shape, then reveal your finished, lifted look.
- Finally, we talk you through aftercare so you know exactly how to keep your results looking their best.
In the treatment room
The treatment is relaxing and completely comfortable — most clients find it a soothing hour, with your eyes closed throughout the lash portion. You may notice a mild scent from the professional solutions and a light, cool sensation on the skin, but the process is painless.
You'll rest on a comfortable treatment bed in a calm, private room while your therapist works carefully and attentively. It's a perfect chance to switch off and unwind, and many clients simply enjoy the quiet downtime.
Your results
The finished look settles beautifully over the first day or two and stays looking groomed for several weeks.

Aftercare
A little care in the first 24 hours helps your results last as long as possible.
- Keep brows and lashes completely dry for 24 hours — avoid water, steam, sweat and swimming.
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot showers and intense exercise for the first day.
- Skip mascara, eye makeup and oil-based products on the area for 24 hours.
- Avoid rubbing or touching your brows and lashes while they set.
- Brush your brows into shape gently each morning to keep them looking neat.
- Use a nourishing oil or conditioning serum after the first day to keep hairs and lashes healthy between appointments.
Safety and suitability
Because this package includes both lamination and tinting, a patch test is required 24-48 hours before your first appointment to check for any sensitivity to the products. This is a quick, simple step that helps us treat you safely, and we ask all new clients to complete it before booking their treatment.
Brow and lash lamination is suitable for most people, but it isn't recommended if you have any active irritation, broken skin, infection or known allergy in the area. If you are pregnant, have very sensitive eyes, or have a medical condition affecting the area, please let us know beforehand so we can advise whether the treatment is right for you.
