From the moment you arrive, the Glacé™ Signature Facial is designed to feel effortless. Here's how your hour unfolds.
- We welcome you, settle you comfortably and carry out a short skin consultation to understand your skin and what you'd like from the session.
- Your skin is thoroughly yet gently cleansed to remove makeup, sunscreen and the day's build-up, preparing a fresh canvas.
- The Glacé™ advanced rejuvenation steps are worked methodically across the face, lifting away dullness and refreshing the skin's appearance.
- Nourishing, replenishing products are applied and gently massaged in to soothe, hydrate and comfort the skin.
- We finish with protective, illuminating final touches and share simple, personalised advice to help your glow last.
- You're given a few quiet moments to come round before stepping straight back into your day — no recovery time needed.
In the treatment room
Expect calm. You'll be reclined on a warmed, comfortable bed in a private, softly lit room, with a therapist who works at an unhurried pace and talks you through each stage. Most clients find the experience deeply relaxing — the cleansing and massage steps are soothing and gentle, and many drift somewhere close to sleep.
Sensations are mild and pleasant throughout: cool, refreshing touches, the light glide of products and a gentle facial massage. There's nothing sharp or uncomfortable, and your therapist checks in with you so you stay completely at ease from start to finish.

The Glacé™ Signature Facial is gentle, non-invasive and suitable for all skin types and tones, with no patch test required. Your therapist will carry out a short consultation before we begin to make sure the treatment is right for you on the day and to tailor it to your skin.
Please let us know in advance if you are pregnant, have very sensitive or reactive skin, an active skin condition, recent sunburn, or have had recent facial treatments or procedures, as we may adjust or postpone your session. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, we'd recommend checking with your GP or dermatologist before booking.
