Using the ClinicCare facial collection, the Cinderella Facial layers a sequence of cleansing, gentle exfoliation, targeted extraction and a nourishing treatment mask, finishing with serum, moisturiser and protection. Each product is selected to suit your skin type and condition on the day.
The aim is to lift away the build-up of dead surface cells, daily pollution and congestion that leave skin looking flat, then to feed and hydrate so the complexion looks plumper, calmer and lit from within. There is no downtime — you leave ready to carry on with your day.
Your appointment, step by step
From the moment you sit down to your final glow, here is what a Cinderella Facial involves.
- A short consultation and skin assessment so your therapist can tailor the products and steps to your skin
- A thorough double cleanse to remove makeup, sunscreen and the day's build-up
- Gentle exfoliation to smooth and brighten the surface of the skin, with careful extractions where needed
- A nourishing, skin-appropriate treatment mask while you relax, often paired with a soothing facial massage
- Finishing layers of serum and moisturiser, plus SPF for daytime, to seal in the glow
- Simple aftercare guidance and recommendations for keeping your skin looking its best at home
In the treatment room
This is an hour to switch off. You will recline comfortably in our quiet treatment room while your therapist works through each step at an unhurried pace. Expect the cooling glide of cleansers, the light tingle of exfoliation, and the warmth and pressure of a relaxing facial and pressure-point massage.
Sensations are gentle throughout. Extractions, when needed, may feel like brief light pressure but are kept comfortable. Most clients find the whole experience deeply calming and many drift close to sleep. You leave feeling refreshed, with skin that looks clean, dewy and bright.

Aftercare
Your skin will feel fresh and clean — these simple steps help the glow last.
- Keep skin hydrated and drink plenty of water in the hours after your facial
- Apply a broad-spectrum SPF daily and limit direct sun exposure for a day or two
- Avoid heavy makeup for the rest of the day where possible to let skin breathe
- Skip saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga and intense exercise for around 24 hours
- Hold off on strong actives such as retinol or acid exfoliants for a day or two
- Follow any tailored product advice your therapist gives you
Safety and suitability
The Cinderella Facial is suitable for all skin types and tones and does not require a patch test. As with any facial, please let your therapist know in advance about any allergies, sensitivities, recent skin treatments, active skin conditions or medications, so the products and steps can be adjusted to keep you comfortable.
If you have very reactive or compromised skin, active breakouts of cold sores, sunburn, or a recent professional resurfacing treatment, please mention this when booking — we may suggest waiting until your skin has settled or recommending a gentler option. If you are pregnant, simply let us know so your therapist can tailor the treatment accordingly.
