Your appointment, step by step
From the moment you settle into the treatment room, every step is designed to relax you while we work to brighten your complexion.
- Consultation and skin analysis — we discuss your concerns, your skincare routine and what you'd like from the treatment, then assess your skin to tailor the facial.
- Double cleanse — a thorough cleanse removes make-up, sunscreen and the day's build-up to leave a fresh canvas.
- Gentle exfoliation — we lift away dull, dead surface cells that scatter light and dim your natural glow.
- Brightening treatment — targeted ClinicCare formulas are massaged in to refresh tone and boost radiance, often with a relaxing facial massage.

In the treatment room
This is a calm, comfortable experience from start to finish. You'll relax on a warmed treatment bed in a quiet, private room while your therapist works through each step with unhurried care. Safety and suitability
The Glow Brightening Facial is gentle and suitable for all skin types, and no patch test is required. During your consultation, please let your therapist know about any allergies, skin sensitivities, recent treatments or medication, as well as any skincare actives such as retinoids or acids you're currently using, so we can adapt the facial accordingly.
We recommend rescheduling if you have active cold sores, broken or inflamed skin, sunburn, or have recently had laser or other skin treatments in the area. If you are pregnant or have a known skin condition, please mention this when booking so we can ensure the treatment is right for you.
