Brow lamination uses a gentle, step-by-step process to temporarily reshape the structure of each brow hair. A softening solution relaxes the hairs so they can be brushed and set into your chosen direction, a setting solution then locks them into their new, lifted position, and a nourishing finish helps condition the hairs and leave them looking healthy and glossy.
Because the treatment realigns your existing hairs rather than adding extensions or colour, it creates the impression of fuller, more even brows while keeping everything looking entirely natural. The effect builds a beautifully groomed shape that holds for several weeks as your hairs gradually return to their natural growth.

From the moment you arrive, every stage is designed to be relaxing, precise and tailored to your natural brows. Here is what to expect across your roughly 45-minute appointment.
- We begin with a short consultation to discuss your brow goals, review your patch test and confirm the shape and finish you would like.
- Your brows and the surrounding skin are gently cleansed to remove any make-up, oils or product so the solutions can work evenly.
- A softening solution is applied to relax the brow hairs, and your therapist brushes them into their new lifted, uniform direction.
- A setting solution is then applied to lock the hairs into their groomed position, with careful timing throughout for the best result.
- A nourishing, conditioning finish is applied to hydrate the hairs and leave them looking glossy and healthy.
- Your therapist tidies and styles the final shape, then talks you through your aftercare before you leave with beautifully laminated brows.
What it feels like in the room
Brow lamination is a comfortable, relaxing treatment. You will lie back while your therapist works, and most clients find the gentle brushing and tidying of the brows rather soothing. The solutions are applied with care and left on for precisely timed intervals, so much of the appointment is simply a chance to rest and unwind.
You may notice a mild, cool sensation as the products are applied and a light scent from the solutions, but the treatment is not painful. If any tinting or tidying with threading or waxing is added to perfect the shape, your therapist will let you know exactly what to expect at each stage so you always feel informed and at ease.
Your results and how long they last

Caring for your laminated brows
A little gentle care in the first 24 hours helps your results set perfectly and last as long as possible.
- Keep your brows completely dry for the first 24 hours, avoiding water, steam and sweat.
- Avoid applying make-up, creams or serums to the brow area for the first day.
- Steer clear of saunas, steam rooms, swimming and intense exercise for 24 hours.
- Once settled, brush your brows into shape daily with a clean spoolie to keep them tidy.
- Apply a nourishing brow or castor-style conditioning oil if recommended, to keep hairs healthy.
- Avoid rubbing or picking at the brows, and be gentle when cleansing your face.
Safety and suitability
Your safety and comfort come first. A patch test is required 24 to 48 hours before your first brow lamination session so we can check how your skin responds to the solutions and ensure the treatment is suitable for you. Please allow time for this when booking your first appointment. Mild, temporary sensitivity around the brow area can occasionally occur, and your therapist will talk you through everything beforehand.
Brow lamination may not be suitable if you have broken, irritated or very sensitive skin in the brow area, an active skin condition, or a known sensitivity to lamination products. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any concerns or medical conditions affecting the area, please let us know when booking so we can advise you. We will always recommend waiting if your skin is not in the right condition to treat.
